Free Picks: Baltimore Ravens vs Pittsburgh Steelers

The only undefeated team remaining, the Pittsburgh Steelers get their toughest matchup yet when they go to Baltimore to face the Ravens and their high-ranked defense in an AFC North battle for the crown. 888sport has Baltimore favoured by -3/5 at home (1.91).

The Pittsburgh Steelers are the only undefeated team remaining in the 2020 NFL season. They’ve faced a couple of easy opponents so far, but still, at 6-0 there’s something to be said about this Pittsburgh Steelers team. Now they get a true test as they prepare to travel to Baltimore, where they will face a Ravens defense that’s allowing the fewest points per game at 17.3.

Ben Roethlisberger and his gang of offensive talent will have their work cut out for them this weekend, but what makes this game so difficult to predict, other than the fact that these are the best two teams in the NFL, is that Pittsburgh’s defense is fantastic as well. They rank first overall in yards per game allowed and first in pass rush win rate at 56%, which means Lamar Jackson will face a lot of pressure from Pittsburgh’s edge rushers.

The Baltimore Ravens are a premier team too though. Lamar Jackson may be forced to do more with his feet, but if anyone can shake up the Steeler’s elite front-seven, it’s the reigning MVP. The Baltimore Raven’s defense has also been elite all season and has been great at recovering fumbles with 8 so far, the most of any team this season.

This game is hard to predict because both teams are playing at a high level, but if I had to go with one for the week, I’d go with the Ravens because they’re at home and because I don’t think Pittsburgh can climb to 7-0 against this Ravens team at home. Although, I wouldn’t blame you if you took the Steelers Moneyline to win which 888sport has at 2.63. There is decent value there, and a Steelers victory is more than plausible.

However, I’m more interested in taking the UNDER, which 888sport has set at 46.5 (1.91). These teams can both score points, but the rivalry is too fierce, and it’ll be difficult for them to do it against each other.
